All the fitting are reputed branded for accessories. Laminations are Merino or Greenlam.
We are using 100% BWR Grade for all Shorts work.
Material for Shutters:-
1. Regular:-16mm BWR Marine plywood with 0.8 laminated on both sides with 1mm laminates and 0.5mm edge banding tape on all four sides with matching color.
2. Crown:-Shutter system manufactured out of best quality BWR from reputed manufacturers, post formed with 0.6mm flexible laminate and sealed with PVC edge banding tape with matching color.
3. Fusion:-Shutter system manufactured out of best quality MDF from reputed manufacturers, lacquered with multi pack polyurethane lacquering system with wood texture finish on MDF makes it look like solid wood. It is available with both glossy and matt finish.
4. Conventional:-Shutter system made out of treated solid wood, lacquered with multi pack polyurethane lacquering system. Wood stained to teak, rosewood, walnut and natural with matt or glossy finish.
5. Sleek. Shutter system manufactured out of best quality BWR from reputed manufacturers, it molded with membrane 0.8mm flexible membrane color.
6. Classy:-Shutter system made out of treated solid TEAKWOOD, lacquered with multi pack polyurethane lacquering system. Wood stained to teak, rosewood, walnut and
natural with matt or glossy finish.
