Osteoporosis is a condition in which the bones get week alone with which the density of the bone also decreases. This increases the risk of fracture. This mainly happens in areas like hip, waist, spine, upper arm. It goes to such an extent that even lifting a little heavy thing can lead to fracture. The bones largely effected are the once that suffer the most strain. Fractures in the hip or wrist can be troublesome.

Women are at a greater risk of Osteoporosis but may also develop in men, and may occur in anyone in the presence of particular hormonal disorders and other chronic diseases or as a result of medications, specifically glucocorticoids, when the disease is called steroid- or glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis (SIOP or GIOP). For better results, ensure that your supplement contains magnesium and Vitamin D. Large intake of Vitamin C and Vitamin E reduces the risk of Osteoporosis.
