It is completely a safe drink consumed by children, people whose religion restricts alcohol consumption, recovering alcoholics, and anyone wishing to enjoy a flavorful drink. The Ingredients used for a Mocktail are:

3 cups sugar
4 cups water
3 tsp of lemon juice

There are many Recipes of Mocktails:

Apricot Gingerini: white grape juice, apricot nectar, ginger-infused simple syrup, clove

Banana Smoothie: bananas, vanilla yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, ice

Cardinal Punch: ginger ale, lemon juice, orange juice, cranberry juice

Down East Delight: cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice, orgeat syrup

Mango Julius: fresh or frozen mango juice, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, vanilla ice cream

MocktailOrange Julius: fresh or frozen orange juice, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, vanilla ice cream

Peach Julius: fresh or frozen peach juice, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, vanilla ice cream

Tropical Colada: coconut milk, lime juice, sugar-free lemon-lime soda

Virgin Mary: tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice

Virgin Miami Vice: pineapple juice, coconut cream, half & half, strawberry puree, lime juice, simple syrup

Canned and Frozen fruits are of high risk to your health so it is always better to choose fresh fruits. There is always space for fruits in your menu; an ample amount of fruits on the diet is better than meat.
