Globalization have changed the lifestyle of many and people have become so busy. So busy that they don't even have time to spend time with their beloved ones and they spend most of the time in office and enjoying with friends,partying, going for trips and so on... People have their own work to do. Young men are busy in office, with girls, old age people are busy with their grand children and women are busy with their children and husband, children are busy going to schools and tuition. Everybody is busy with their work.

Many people don't even have time to eat and cook and especially young men and women who are working. Fast food is the big boon for them. Fast food is readily available and it is available at low cost. fast food is available from every part of the street especially in the cities. Cities have developed so much that people have become so busy that they cant even spare time for food. Though it is readily available , people are really afraid of taking fast food because of the health hazards. Most of the fast food in the cities are unhygienic.

Eating often in the fast foods makes young people suffer from obesity and gain of fat. Fast foods are really tasty but at the same time they lack enough diet. So people eating in the fast food lack the basic diet and they become unhealthy. Though people are warned about the ill effects of the fast food, they don't have time to cook and eat.

Many people have eating in fast food as a habit and it is very hard for them to avoid it. People are becoming more and more health conscious but on the other side they don't even bother about their food habits. The first and foremost step is to avoid the intake of fast food as much as possible. If you eat daily in fast food make it a weekly event. When ever you feel like eating in the fast food, remind yourself of the ill effects of the fast food so you wont eat in the fast food. But still if you feel like eating in the fast food, take some healthy foods like fruit salads. Consume food that has been cooked using healthy cooking methods like grilling or roasting instead of deep frying. Try and avoid soda or other soft drinks and instead consume fresh fruit juices and smoothies.

The ill effects of fast food are so many from obesity, diabetes, heart problems or any other chronic disorders. As people are becoming more and more health conscious they are trying to avoid the fast foods and trying out other alternatives for fast food. many fast foods are aware of this and they are trying to have low fat foods and healthy foods in order to retain their business.
